Sadly, my brother passed away in September 2019. We appointed Sarah Louise Briggs (opera singer) to sing at the Catholic Cathedral in Liverpool for David's funeral service. She was absolutely outstanding. A voice like an angel. Very moving and all I can say is a big thank you and I will be recommending you to a lot of people!!

Sarah traveled to Settle to sing at my Mum's funeral last week, and her vocals were amazing and added so much. She helped me with the song choices, singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow during the service and Nella Fantasia unaccompanied at the graveside as well as leading on hymns and songs during the service. From the first time, we spoke her warmth and compassion were clear and really helpful to me. As for her vocals, her voice is simply stunning and it added so much to the occasion, everyone there was deeply moved by them. Sarah sang very recently at my wife's funeral service. From the very first time I spoke with Sarah on the telephone in mid-June I knew I had "Struck Lucky". After explaining the sad passing of my wife to Sarah, and explained the type of tribute songs that I was asking her to sing there are many words that describe Sarah's performance & pay compliment to her voice. STUNNING, BREATHTAKING, BEAUTIFUL, SHEER PERFECTION, OUTSTANDING, these are just some of the comments that have been said to me from family and friends that attended my wife's funeral service. Sarah Louise Briggs made a very sad and emotional day into a celebration. Sarah is a very understanding person and her voice is quite simply amazing. Sarah sang in the chapel totally unaccompanied and gave a solo performance that was brilliant. I give my sincere gratitude to Sarah and would recommend her to others for ANY event or occasion.
